User Data Deletion Instructions
If you want HanZook to delete personal information we hold about you in connection with the Service, follow the steps below. For general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
Email info@only-hanz.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
Include enough information for us to identify your account, such as:
- Your Facebook user ID or display name
- The email address you use with the Service, if applicable
We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
What we delete
When we process a valid deletion request, we aim to delete or anonymize:
- Your user account record (name, Facebook ID, stored access tokens, balance, and subscription data)
- Associated payment request records and uploaded receipt images
- Active session data tied to your account
What may remain
We may retain certain information where required by law, for fraud prevention, to resolve disputes, or in encrypted backups for a limited period.
Content you published to Facebook Pages remains subject to Meta’s policies and your Page settings. Deleting data in HanZook does not remove posts already published on Facebook.
Disconnect without a deletion request
You can stop using the Service by logging out and removing the app from your Facebook settings: Facebook Apps and Websites. Revoking Meta permissions stops future access but may not delete data we already stored until you submit a deletion request.
